The final day, the final descent…it’s the FINAL COUNTDOWN.

80km of descending in one day sounded like my idea of heaven…and it was!

A day of highlights - mountaintops, pristine gravel, pizza and forts. Hard to imagine it was all packed into one day!

If there are no lows on a trip the highs don’t have the same sparkle. That’s why day 4 was the best day for me. It was hard, I suffered, but the highs were oh so sparkly.

Don’t speak to me about Col f**king d’Agnel. This was when I realised I’m not built to ride tarmac.

Day two was the day we were really getting into the route…and the mountains.

Everyone said day one of the TNR would be the hardest. I’m not sure I agree now…
