The Gaeaf Games 2025

The Gaeaf Games is a weekend of adventure, challenge, and camaraderie. Think of it as part rally, part treasure hunt, part festival, a celebration of off-road riding in its most playful form.

Deep in the Cambrian Mountains, winter riding takes on a whole new meaning this year. Based at Staylittle Lodge, the Games combine off-road exploration with a playful, competitive twist.

Over two days, riders will take on a points-based adventure: linking together gravel tracks, bridleways, and open mountain trails, hunting out checkpoints and fun challenges along the way.

Expect everything from parcours, to puzzle-solving, to evening games. The aim? Collect as many points as you can!

Each night, we’ll regroup at Staylittle Lodge for hearty food, fireside drinks, and plenty of laughs as stories of the day are shared (and excuses made). Breakfast is included each morning to set you up for the day’s riding.

The Gaeaf Games aren’t about being the fastest or fittest — they’re about creativity, teamwork, and embracing whatever the Welsh winter throws at us. Gravel bikes and hardtails are best suited, but as long as you’re happy riding off-road, bring whatever bike feels right.

Inclusivity is at the heart of the Games: 50% of entries are held for FLINTA riders (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-Binary, Trans, and Agender).
