a. The organiser of the raffle is All Terre Adventures (hereinafter referred to as All Terre), Bristol.

b. Participation in the raffle is free of charge. Participation is purely via All Terre's announced landing-page. The entry requirements are fulfilled by filling and submitting the form.

c. The participation period begins on 29.04.2026 and ends on 07.05.2026. The winner will be announced by 10.05.2026.

d. Each participant may only take part in the raffle once.

e. The winner will be chosen by All Terre and Canyon.

a. All private individuals who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.

b. Generally excluded are such persons who are employed by All Terre or Canyon Bicycles GMBH, or a company affiliated with aforementioned companies or by other companies (e.g. agencies) involved in the raffle, as well as their immediate relatives (partners, parents, siblings and children) and members of the household of the aforementioned employees. In addition, persons who are excluded from the raffle in accordance with section IV are no longer eligible to participate.

a. The prize: A Canyon Grizl gravel bike (on loan), framesize on the winners choice. A full technical bikepacking bag setup from Tailfin (on loan). One free entry to the sold-out Bristol Rally.

b. The winner will be notified by All Terre after 16.05.2026 and may be published on the All Terre sites and channels and/or the websites and channels of the cooperation partners. The winner hereby expressly agrees to this form of publication. The winner's consent to publication can be revoked at any time by e-mail via hello@allterre.net.

c. All Terre is entitled to pass on the winner's details to its operational partners so that they can deliver the prizes. If a winner does not respond with his/her full postal address within two weeks of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a new winner will be drawn. The claim to the prize also expires if the delivery of the prize is not possible within 6 months after the first notification of the prize for reasons for which the winner is responsible.

d. The winner is not entitled to a cash payment of the prize or to a replacement prize.

The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable.

a. Participation via a raffle service or the use of automated raffle bots or other means of manipulation is not permitted. All Terre reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle in the event of a breach of the rules.

1b. c. All Terre also reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants from the raffle and not award the prize or to cancel the prize and require its return in the following circumstances:

Participants who have not yet reached the age of 18 or cannot prove that they are over 18,

Participants who are employed by All Terre, or a company affiliated with All Terre or by other companies (e.g, agencies) involved in the raffle, as well as their immediate relatives (partners, parents, siblings and children) and members of the household of the aforementioned employees.

Participants who try or actually manage to enter multiple times in each raffle period,

Participants who use prohibited aids or attempt to gain an advantage through other manipulations,

Participants who have provided false personal information,

Participants who cannot be reached at the contact details provided or who do not respond to the prize notification from All Terre within the specified period.

Participants who violate these conditions of participation.

In addition, the following posts, comments, shares and tweets will be excluded from the raffle:

1. that are isolating, demeaning, or discriminatory.

2. which glorify violence, are xenophobic, pornographic, or racist.

3. with political content.

4. with promotional content.

5. that are otherwise unlawful or infringe the rights of third parties. In the event of an exclusion or disqualification, All Terre will conduct another draw to select a new winner for the prize from the other participants.

a. All Terre is only liable for damages caused by All Terre or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the negligent breach of obligations that are essential for achieving the purpose of the contract. These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. The above limitations of liability apply in particular to damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, in the event of malfunctions of technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or viruses.

a. All Terre reserves the right to cancel, change, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. All Terre will make use of this right in particular if the raffle cannot be carried out properly for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If the termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, All Terre can demand compensation from this participant for the damage incurred.

b. All Terre will not provide any information about the organisation of the raffle.

a. We process the data provided as part of the participation for the purpose of the prize draw processing, i.e. in particular to determine the winners, to contact the winners, if necessary for reporting on the prize draw and for sending the prize. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b, f DSGVO. After completion of the competition, your data which we have processed will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

b. The party responsible pursuant to Art. 4 par. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is: All Terre Adventures, Bristol.

c. The registration data will be stored by All Terre in compliance with the statutory provisions for the duration of the raffle and the prize distribution and may be transferred to cooperation partners, operational partners, or the agency supporting these partners for the purposes of prize distribution, who may also store the registration data for the duration of the raffle and prize distribution.

a. Participation in the raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

b. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any questions or complaints relating to the administration of the prize draw must be submitted in writing within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue, clearly stating the name of the prize draw, to All Terre Adventures, by email to hello@allterre.net. Claims submitted by telephone or outside this time frame may not be considered.
