Supermarket Slay Ride

Ride. Shop. Do Good. Eat Pizza.

It’s that time of year again — The Supermarket Slay Ride is back! Our annual festive charity bike ride brings riders together to do something fun and meaningful: helping local families enjoy a brighter Christmas.

How it works

🎟️ Buy a ticket - being released mid October!
🚲 Ride one of our festive routes around Bristol - including a new off-road route for 2025!
🛒 Shop for five items from our list — each one specially requested by the South & East Bristol Foodbank (Trussell Trust) to build their Christmas Hampers.
🎁 Drop off your shopping at the finish to receive a raffle ticket, and you’ll be in with a chance to win some brilliant prizes from our partner brands and local businesses.

All the food is donated directly to the foodbank, and ticket proceeds go towards buying gift vouchers for the hampers.

The afterparty 🍕

Once the riding’s done, we celebrate at Bertha’s Pizza!
There’s a limited number of pizza party tickets available, so get in quick when they’re released. The raffle will be drawn there, with prizes and festive vibes guaranteed.

Last year’s impact

🎁 250kg of food donated — the foodbank’s biggest single contribution of the year.
💷 £827 raised — which was doubled thanks to a corporate match fund.

Can we top that this year? Let’s find out together.

When is it?

It always feels a bit early, but we need to give the food bank time to make everything into hampers. For 2025 the Supermarket Slay Ride (and the pizza party at Bertha’s) will be on Sunday 23rd November.
